"Vi havde overordnet set et skønt ophold. Hotellet er dejligt og roligt ift. hvor det ligger henne. Værelset var rent og pænt. Der er en stor morgenmadsbuffet med en masse lækre muligheder, og virkelig dejligt at der på dette hotel er en gratis minibar med udvalg af forskellige sodavand på værelset. Der er også en pool bar som nemt kan sørge for at holde dig kørende med både drikkevarer og mad i løbet af dagen. Der var småting der var lidt irriterende, såsom at der i beskrivelses står at der er 5 pools, men vi havde kun adgang til 3. Vi havde en meget ustabil wifi forbindelse, der gjorde vores tv streaming blev afbrudt mange gange under opholdet. Dårlig forbindelse på telefonen på værelset. Vores room-cleaning blev glemt en dag og vi følte vi skulle være opsøgende med hvor meget vand vi gerne ville have opfyldt. Når det så er sagt, så er det udelukkende med udgangspunkt i høje forventninger til standarden. Personalet er villige til at hjælpe, men ift de andre hoteller vi boede på på vores rejse var dette det som rangerer lavest."

"Fantastic hotel, good check-in, good service, good food, delicious pool, good fitness, nice staff and a nice clean beach with good opportunities for walks along the beach. We did have two unfortunate experiences, but they were handled very professionally. The first was that there was actually surprisingly dirty behind the bed. It wasn't something you could see immediately, but since I suffer from dust allergies it hit you very hard the first night. The staff took it very seriously and they came 3-4 men and took the whole bed apart and cleaned behind the bed. The second problem we had was that an AC pipe burst in the room above us, so there was water in our entire room including in my wife's suitcase and in all her clothes. The staff again took the problem seriously and all my wife's clothes were cleaned at the hotel's expense, we got a new room, and were compensated very fairly. Many thanks to Wenten who handled the problem very professionally. This is a hotel we will come back to."

"Two years ago, my husband and I spent the last part of our honeymoon at Potato Head. We had originally booked two days, but we instantly fell in love with the friendliness and the people, the scents, the food and the plethora of experiences from light sound healing and massage to the beach club, so we ended up spending five days there. This spring, we once again travelled from CPH, this time with our 9 month old daughter, simply because we wanted to come back to Potato Head for our baby moon, this time an entire week. While we were unsure about how it would be to be there with our daughter, this stay was even better than our first one. We were welcomed back like old family members by staff who remembered us and made us feel at home immediately. While the architecture and location right at the beach is amazing and unique (nothing beats their breakfast in daybeds at the infinity pool), and while the rooms are fantastic (we’ve tried the private pool suite, a single room in the studio and the sky view sanctuary), it is the attentive and friendly staff that makes the difference. Every morning at breakfast, our daughter was greeted with big, warm smiles and laughter by every single staff member. Throughout the day they came by to talk to her, walk around with her and make sure she had all the food and water she needed. We have so many special memories from Potato Head and we cannot wait to return “home” again. Amra, Kasper & little Ella"
