"Property had a great Balinese vibe. Beautifully constructed villas. Clean. Right on the beach. But, most villas do not have clear unobstructed ocean views - descriptions are bit mis-leading. Nevertheless, the private pool in the villas, the rooms, outdoor showers, privacy, service etc., all make up for it. Very friendly staff. Great service.

Rooms in the villa have an excellent air conditioning; WiFi is mediocre, there's an outside bathtub, private pool, kitchen with water dispenser with drinkable water (this is a huge plus) and there's an exceptionally well maintained private swimming pool....

"Two years ago, my husband and I spent the last part of our honeymoon at Potato Head. We had originally booked two days, but we instantly fell in love with the friendliness and the people, the scents, the food and the plethora of experiences from light sound healing and massage to the beach club, so we ended up spending five days there.
This spring, we once again travelled from CPH, this time with our 9 month old daughter, simply because we wanted to come back to Potato Head for our baby moon, this time an entire week. While we were unsure about how it would be to be there with our daughter, this stay was even better than our first one.
We were welcomed back like old family members by staff who remembered us and made us feel at home immediately.
While the architecture and location right at the beach is amazing and unique (nothing beats their breakfast in daybeds at the infinity pool), and while the rooms are fantastic (we’ve tried the private pool suite, a single room in the studio and the sky view sanctuary), it is the attentive and friendly staff that makes the difference. Every morning at breakfast, our daughter was greeted with big, warm smiles and laughter by every single staff member. Throughout the day they came by to talk to her, walk around with her and make sure she had all the food and water she needed.
We have so many special memories from Potato Head and we cannot wait to return “home” again.

"God pool. Ellers ikke meget godt at sige om stedet. Der er sindssygt meget larm i løbet af natten. De har opbevaring mellem hytterne og brager rundt på ting om aftenen og tidligt om morgenen, så man vågner hele tiden. Derudover er der et ekstremt larmende køleskab, og vandet i toilettet står uafbrudt og render.
Stedet trænger i den grad til noget vedligeholdelse. Housecleaning var også underligt. De bankede bare på og gik ind, og man skulle spørge efter et “forstyr ikke” skilt. "
"My friend and I stayed for 8 whole nights in this lovely hotel and we loved it. Great rooftop pool with bar, good gym and the most helpful and kind staff. Every other day you can join morning yoga, which is great! Breakfast was also good with a ton of different indonesian and western optiong. The hotel is close to the many amazing restaurants and things Canggu has to offer. The hotel concierge also helped us book a day trip to North Bali with a privat driver, which we really enjoyed!
Canggu is a very busy place, so we really enjoyed having this quiet oasis where we could relax in between exploring.
