Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are four to five ferry boats going to and from the island everyday in the summer months. Outside the living room there is a terrace with an infinity swimming pool (8 X 5 with a depth of 2 meters), 6 sunbeds, a stone built BBQ, dining for 10 people and a stone built ledge with cushions for 6 to 7 people.

The lower level, which leads onto a large patio with a seating area, has two master bedrooms with Queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers, a guest house with a double bed (Queen) and an en-suite bathroom
