"Fantastic hotel with all the amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing view to the sea and also the sunset. Very short walk to restaurants and shops. Also very short walk to the nearest beach. We will stay there again when we visit Tzia in the future. "

"Beautiful property. Only one issue: People smoking on their balcony/terrasse/ around the pool are really disgusting. You're quietly having a drink on the terrasse and then you recieve a big whip of smoke, you just wanna vomit. Sorry. In 2025, smoking should be totally banned on all hotel premises. This was the only negative point. Rest is wonderful. "

"What an amazing experience my husband and I had at the Kea Mare. It is just beautiful! Our stay was made extra special by staff member Dimitri! He was so helpful and welcoming, full of useful information and always there to help in any way he could. We will always have wonderful memories of the island of Kea and the beautiful Kea Mare and especially of wonderful Dimitri!"

"Stayed three nights as we attended a wedding nearby. Had a lovely stay - although parking at the property was a little challenging (up a gravel hill and there is only room for four parked cars total). The pool and breakfast were great, the room was clean and spacious."

"We loved Iris Villa, it is very quiet and a beautiful property. Gorgeous early morning walks. Loved the morning breakfast. But it should be advertised that there is no dining close by, at least not in the slow season. We found a small market still open our first night to buy some food to eat for dinner after driving half an hour away to find a restaurant but no available parking and a very long wait. Driving in the dark on the very curvy mountain roads is not for everyone!"

"Wow, whst a view. This place is beautiful. The staff are really helpful and accommodating. The only thing to bear in mind is that it's a very steep 15 minute walk to the tavernas and shops in Ioulida. It's honestly an effort to drag back up after dinner and i like walking. Be warned if you have fitness or mobility issues "

The staff are friendly even those who struggle with speaking English. They are hospital and quick to respond to your needs.
It would be better and quicker to order in suite food via the phone than the Zeus app, I don’t think they ever check it. Same thing with booking airport transfer via app, just call the...

Vi lå nærmest med fødderne i vandkanten og nød det dejlige hav (27 grader). Værelserne er store og veludstyrede - dog med plettet gulvtæppe. Maden på hotellet var fin og restauranterne i området var ligeledes meget gode. Et af de bedste hoteller vi har besøgt."

"Very cute and lovely little hotel. There was a wonderful outdoor patio where breakfast was served. There was some noise from planes, but nothing that disturbed our sleep at any point. We were only there for a few nights and was in athens a good part of the day, but everyone was really nice and accommodating. It was also just about 1 km drive from the cutest little beach with waterfront restaurants. They had a shuttle service which was really nice. "
