"Overall, the property itself was lovely - very modern and well presented. The garden and pool area were beautiful. A couple of maintenance teething troubles were sorted within hours by the host which was great. However, a few other observations:Vrbo shows the location of the property as being on the edge of Fethiye but the property is actually in the neighbouring town of Oludeniz. "Outstanding property, great location. 5 min walk to nearest, supermarket, bars, restaurants and Taxi rank. 5min ride to Hisaronu, 10/15 min to Olu Deniz and about the same to Fethiye.Villa itself was spotlessly clean with fantastic aircon in living area and all bedrooms. Comfortable beds and well equipped bathrooms.Outside area was excellent, very well maintained and cleaned every day. Pool was beautiful and became a huge part of our stay, totally private and relaxing.Highly recommend this...

"The Villa was extremely clean throughout and was in an excellent location to the local town where there is shops, bars and places to book excursions. We had a wonderful family holiday and Suleyman couldn’t do enough for us in terms of making our journey and stay as comfortable and easy as possible. He helped to organise our return transfers and was also at the end of the phone should we need to ask questions. The staff looking after the property are very friendly and again couldn’t do enough. "We had a fantastic stay and would happily rate it 5/5. The villa was exactly as described, with a lovely private pool that our whole family enjoyed. The shallow end and steps into the water were ideal for our youngest children, making it both fun and safe.The villa itself is very comfortable, with every bedroom ensuite and well maintained. "We arrived and kitchen tap was hanging off . Toilet broke first time of flushing and ran all night . Kettle fused first time of use No pillowcases No tea towels or oven gloves - Told to buy our own . Pool motor held open with splintered piece of wood dangerous to walk near. Rusty garden loungers despite told we were the first to stay . After 2 days of our week stay we left as house unsafe , not finished . "

"We have just returned home after a wonderful 2 weeks at this villa. The host Fatiha and his wife were exceptional hosts and we couldn’t fault the villa at all. It was perfect for our large family group of 10adults 4 grandbabies. They have thought of everything. We wouldn’t hesitate to re book. "
