"The temperature in the house upon arrival was 14 C. We had to turn the heat up and leave until it warmed up some. Clearly nobody had visited or cleaned the cottage in awhile. We arrived on our check in day to find that the accommodation had already been rented to another group who were there for the next few months, and we were forced to find another place to stay last minute. "Property in pictures was not property rented. No dock for fishing, bathrrom was completelydifferent. Windows inside and out were disgusting. Stains on curtains and stench throughout. Called owner several times with no response. Dimitry stated, before booking in email that we could drop bags off on way to golf course, then changed. Horrible experience; . We did not stay. I requested a refund at 1030am, September 16. "
