"The cottage had everything we needed, with a beautiful view of the water. We were lucky enough to catch a stunning sunset over the lake on our first night, which really set the tone for a relaxing stay. Jennifer is a thoughtful and accommodating host who was easy to communicate with. She offered us thicker blankets in case it got chilly and even upgraded our cottage at no extra cost. Everyone in the community was so friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be returning!"

"DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! Host was completely unresponsive the few days before booking, even up until check in time he could not be reached. Never was able to get info on how to check in and eventually had to get a refund as Vrbo couldn’t even get in touch with the host. Extremely disappointing first experience using vrbo"

"The place was clean and felt spacious. However, I felt the kitchen was not very well equipped (incomplete set of cutlery, no lid for large pot, limited glasses) and the wifi was not reliable for streaming on the tv. The deck is quite large and has ample seating. "

"We had a fantastic stay. Waking up and enjoying a cup of tea with only the sounds of nature around you. We left all the stress of the city behind for the weekend. The cabin was adorable with everything we needed..the bed was so comfortable, it was hard to get out of it. 10/10 will be back. Carolyn and Paul were great hosts. Before we left we took a tour for the animal sanctuary. Which was the cherry on top of a great weekend"
