"清潔で、まるで自宅のようにくつろぐことが出来ました。小さい子供が騒いでも気にしなくていいのが快適でした。エアコンもキレイで空調も良かったです。ベッドや布団も寝心地よく、旅の疲れを癒すことができました。2階に寝室が3部屋あるので小さい子供を早く寝せる事ができたり、旅の間も適度にプライバシーを保てるので親戚同士でも使いやすいと思いました。近くのスーパーは徒歩で簡単に往復できる距離で品揃えも良いです。子供の遊び場もありました。夕方まで英会話教室をされていましたが、夜は宿泊者だけですので特に気になりませんでした。管理人の方へ。予定より早く到着しましたが、メッセージのやり取りですぐに対応してくださり、大変助かりました。ありがとうございました！"

"House was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Only thing it’s kinda far from the city but overall great stay. Host was responsive and nice. "

"The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great."

"Great location with easy access from main train station and plenty of restaurants options nearby. We travelled with two young kids and the playground behind the property was handy. However, if you are planning on cooking there is only one old frying pan."

"Fantastic place! Great location - where a 3 min walk to the Shin Okubo station lets you easily ride the JY line to all the major spots. While you can get into big city action easily with nearby late night Izakayas or Don Quixote shopping - the house itself is in a very calm and peaceful neighborhood. The property was big - we got an extra shower we didn’t expect - and while some of the furnishings were maybe a little bit old fashioned, the place itself was very nice. Ample bedding, towels, two...
