The Limassol Opalia Residences Ruby is a stylish and modern two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment located on the 1st floor, accessible via stairs or elevator. Upon entering, you are welcomed into a bright and spacious open plan living and kitchen area. The living room is elegantly furnished with a comfortable, modern corner sofa, a 50’’ Smart TV, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the apartment. Large patio doors lead to a private veranda, furnished with outdoor seating and offering scenic city views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a stove top, oven, and washing machine, ensuring a seamless cooking experience. A chic dining table for four makes it the perfect spot to enjoy home-cooked meals.
The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat, featuring a cozy queen-size bed and spacious wardrobes for ample storage. The room is designed with warm lighting that creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, patio doors open directly onto a private veranda, offering a serene outdoor escape.

All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
