"Very helpful and friendly staffs. Front reception Ashok, Anish, Nauton, Nisha and other housekeepers staffs, kitchen staff all of them were very helpful and polite while we stayed there for 11 days. It located in very quiet place which gives peace vibe.
Sometime the AC doesn’t work makes the room really hot. It’s better for management to think about updating advance AC or new AC before guests complain about it. We had to changed the room couples times because of AC didn’t worked properly."
"Beautiful hotel and excellent location. Staff is super nice and the food is amazing. Hotel is right at the center of everything. Lots of good shopping at doorsteps. The only reason I didn’t give a five star is because the bathroom roof was dripping water when it rained and even though they offered to change my room the options didn’t work for me. I would have liked some kind of food coupons for the inconvenience which is typical in situations like this with other hotels I have visited before....

"Thls little resort is a family run business. Shekhar and his family make you feel so welcome. His Wife and Daughter do the cooking and are amazing Cooks and Bakers. " I had hoped to lose some weight on my trip" but with such great meals I didn’t..... WIFI is available and included. Beautiful valley views from the rooms I was in. I was in two, a smaller one which is what I paid for. But after 3 days they upgraded me to a larger room at no cost."
"Vi havde ikke de store forventninger, da vi bare skulle have nogle billige overnatninger i kathmandu.
Men standarden var fornuftig, dog kunne rengøringen godt havde været grundigere.
Kathmandu var beskidt og stressende, men vi fandt alligevel ro på hotellet, og en følelse af hjemme.
Personalet var helt fantastiske, gobi, hankis og sagar gjorde deres for at vores ophold blev over opfyld over alt forventning.
