"My brother and I had a wonderful experience staying in the Ritz Carlton Astana club room. The room is spacious and have a luxurious modern decoration throughout especially the bathroom with double sinks and lightings.
A special shout out to the club lounge staffs who are all very attentive and meet all our needs throughout our stay. They all have gone higher and beyond our expectations in remembering our names and what we have ordered previously. They have made our short stay extra special by...

Close to the Business area of Astana, and to the Center of Shopping.
Facilities are very good and flexible for reservation with short notice.
Staff in the hotel is very friendly, and very good in English.
Lounge area, Bar and restaurant is excellent, and the Breakfast is superb.
Will definitely be recommended to colloquies and business assosiates."

The cab ride to here at night was beautiful, I checked in around 2 am, and there was security and the check in was fast and simple, i slept like a baby, it was very quiet, clean, and very comfortable. For the price, I have zero complaints and am very happy. Id stay here again, I dont mind that its a bit old, it has character and there is lots of cheap food walking distance. "
