"We were a honeymoon couple and we were not given the category of room which we had asked for and booked for- floating room. Whilst booking we had called the hotel that we particularly want the floating room when booked with expedia but not given. Even the staff is lousy. Expedia staff kept calling the hotel but the night Reception staff kept hanging their phone without answering and finally kept the phone aside.spoiled our honeymoon plans. "

"I stayed two nights, but did due to an early arrival at 06:00 request an early check-in. The initial information was that this would be a full night payment. This was at check-in time reduced to 1/2. My stay was very pleasant and relaxed. This was mainly due to the incredible friendly staff. Here I would highlight the security manager, the restaurant staff and the taxi driver. They all did their utmost to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible.
