"4月中旬の軽井沢は通りには桜が見れました。11度くらいでさむいですが、5月は新緑がおすすめです。 清潔な客室でベッドは寝やすく静かな環境です。スタッフの方特にフロントの方、客室係の方は気持ちよく挨拶してくださり丁寧で気配りがあり、申請。うれしいおもてなしでした。 朝食は和食、洋食:アメリカンスタイルセット サラダセットヨーグルトやトーストにつけるジャム、フレンチトーストから選べます。サラダセットは美味しく頂きました。 朝食スタッフにより朝食の紅茶やコーヒーのおかわりや空いたお皿を片付ける時にお客様を急かすかのではなく、ゆっくり朝食をたのしんで頂く配慮が欲しいスタッフがいました。家族はお部屋に泊まることは満足しています。"

"Nice place. The room and bed were spacious and comfortable, but for some reason, it felt cluttered and unsettling. This might be due to the numerous electrical appliances and cords in the room. Breakfast was lovely, but being in a private room made it difficult to move around and lacked a sense of relaxation. Overall, it didn't feel worth the price."
