Dear guest, Thank you for visiting us. We are not happy for your experience. Obviously you were in a wrong place for your expectations at a extremely low rate. On the opposite side there is a place which will probably meet your criteria, for 10x higher rate. We do not have uniformed staff, especionaly not in the low(price) season. A half of our rooms are DeLuxe rooms in a 4 years old hotel C, another 25% are in the 10 years old hotel A. You chosen a bungalow old a25 years in a very natural environment. It is a favourite for many of our guest but not for you, that's ok. You didn't claim any of functions described on the web side. To claim mosquitos in a tropical land, in the fully natural environment during the rain season... You never talk to the staff about an alternative, there are plenty of other possibilities, for ex a deluxe hotel room with a large balcony and real sea view. No, you just left our place for reasons known only buy you. Direct conversation is a good way to find good solutions and improve your stay, much more efficient for all than post review. Dear Anonymous, Thank you for staying with us. During the check in and the whole stay never pointed out any problem or remark and now sending an anonyme message...in general we don't think is anything useful for anyone. 1. Our rooms are well known as very clean 2. Environment is real tropical. We are not aloud to kill all insect and similar typical for that environment. As soon you open door to pass in the room you open the entrance for some guest from the garden. We have plenty of rooms on the first floor. In general, it is just to tell to the reception about anything disturbing your stay and that will be eliminated! We wish you a nice travel.

Unfortunately this type of anonyme reviews doesn't give us (neither anyone other) something valuable. Of course there is some reason for this judge but giving a little more information could be used in a more constructive way. One additional and efficient way would be to inform the hotel about any experience DURING the stay and by that improve directly your time with us.

Hello, Thank you for comments. Bungalows are placed in a tropical garden where logically exists ants and other small insects. Ants are not living in bungalows. They are looking for food and if we invite them by leaving food (they like sweet things, but not only) they will come for sure. After eating/cleaning they leave the house. There is information to guest to not leave food outside fridge or boxes/packages. There is water in bungalows! The fuse in water heater in your bathroom switched off based on some electric shock from the outside net. We called technician to check and fix it. You chosen to not wait that short time but to change room instead. Heater in your bungalow was fixed few minutes after your move. There was a very hot water in the modern hotel room you moved to. And there were absolutely no ants! We welcome reviews and use them for our lesson learned in order to improve our service to guest. This review didn't give us substance to work with. With a little patience and co-operation we can make us happier.
