"Our problem was that on arrival we were told that we had been upgraded. We assumed it was for the whole week we were there but it was only for 3 nights. After that we were in 2 different rooms. We had to insist that after only one might in a room, our next room would be for the remaining 3 nights. We are both elderly and need consistency. Perhaps initially a different room was found for us because the booked room was down many steep steps. But the "upgrade" was not made clear. Nobody wants to go...

"Such a beautiful resort!!! Would recommend to anyone. Staff made everything super easy, was so nice to have a free pass to go to the beach club and lay in the chairs. Great food at the new restaurant right outside. We loved our suite here with a private pool. Want to come back already!
