"It's an old Hotel and is a bit old fashioned in the decor and room layout. But the staff and service are fantastic and there a several restaurants on site along with a bar. I had breakfeast every day of my 5 day stay and it was good, especially the omelette station and onigiri which are made to order. The location is great there are many shopping stores nearby and Tenjin station is only a 5 minutes walk away. The frontdesk helped me with a restaurant booking and taxi booking for a day trip away from the city. "
