Hytter i Kappil

"This was our second stay at The Leela Raviz, one year after our first stay. We were equally blown away the second time by the breezy beauty of this lakefront resort and being so kindly greeted by Lenin the security guard who recognized us from our first visit! A true gem of Kerala, the resort and staff surpass others with the quality of service, cleanliness, and sheer beauty of this heritage building and property design."

"I stayed two nights, but did due to an early arrival at 06:00 request an early check-in. The initial information was that this would be a full night payment. This was at check-in time reduced to 1/2. My stay was very pleasant and relaxed. This was mainly due to the incredible friendly staff. Here I would highlight the security manager, the restaurant staff and the taxi driver. They all did their utmost to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel it somewhat old, and could...

"Our stay exceeded all of our expectations. Although the property is located a little away from the main area, once you arrive, it feels like you're staying at almost premium resort surrounded by beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The food was decent and met our expectations. What truly made the experience special was the incredibly talented, warm, and attentive staff. Their hospitality left a lasting impression on us. Overall, the property checked every box we were looking for. We had...
