"8 of us stayed at this wonderful property (5 adults and 3 kids under 10). It was just perfect. The house is extremely comfortable and everyone had their own space. We loved the location as for us we wanted to explore Volcano National Park and much of the east side of the island. We did go to Kona for a day which was easily accessible as well. Hilo is awesome and so is this house!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful with a fantastic view! We enjoyed our time outside as much as inside. The kitchen was very well stocked, the master bed was cozy and comfortable, & to have a washer/dryer half way in our trip was great. We were greeted with delicious chocolate macadamia nuts as well as macadamia wine. Yum! This home is about a 20min from Hilo, and we found the drive to be worth it to stay here. "Christine is very communicative and this is a one of a kind property! The cats ate the best and the thoughtfulness of the design is top notch. We loved all of the ideas about where to go and what to do as well. We had to work a little to figure out how to cool down the rooms quickly but that was more us than the property :). You really felt like you got away from it all!"
