"We were a little disappointed with this hotel. In general it didn’t look like it had been updated for many many years. That being said the room was ok. Breakfast was a grab and go with a horrible and small selection. Rooms didn’t get cleaned, while we were there (3 nights), which probably was due to Covid precautions. We couldn’t store luggage after check out, which also was a little irritating, when we had a late flight."

"The resort is lovely, the onsite restaurant was exceptional! The unit we stayed in, sadly, needs a lot of updates and general cleaning. The kitchen was poorly stocked, the furniture old and worn. We would stay there again, but in a different unit. "

"This was so much fun for our family! Every morning our boys (3 and 5 yo) woke up and went straight to the beach to play then warmed up in the hot tub before coming up for breakfast. The location on the island allowed us to explore the entire island. It was a bit of a drive to the canyon but well worth it. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. Thank you for everything!"

"The overall stay would rate a D- The beginning was the worst part. They seemed to not have us registered?? Not sure but they had us take a seat and then took over 20 minutes to check in and we got there at 5:30pm. Check in is at 4pm. Once we got our keys and went up and tv was blasting a kids show and doors were open. Brought up the concerns to the folks at the front and didn’t seem to care nor offered anything besides we “checked it out and everything is fine”. We asked for a different room...

"Hotel was ok being remodeled so was kinda a mess to get around. Pool water was to cold hardly anyone in water they need a pool heater our shower pressure was good for about 4 days then not sure what happened but they changed out our shower head and was Even worse and water barley even came out. The drywall in our room was bubbles from water damage and probably the reason my allergies was a mess because I’m sure there was mold behind it. The lamp shades was stained and look Gross definitely needs...
