"Usually when you see pics of the location it is exaggerated, but this 1 is not! this is right on the beach and the view is stunning! They have everything you need to enjoy the water and the beach including snorkel gear, chairs, towels etc. we had baby and momma chics visit us every morning. Luke was easy to get ahold of and answered his phone when I called."

"Nice location not too far from the airport and adjacent to the Coconut Marketplace with shops and restaurants. Access to the beach is easy and the beach is beautiful!The condo is clean, updated and well equipped. Overall, a very nice place to base your travels around Kauai."

Easy to access all the different parts of the island that our planned adventures took us to, great food options nearby, and of all the places we shopped we loved the Kapaa shops the best. "We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again. Our trip started on a rough note when we arrived late in the evening to find the unit had not been cleaned—dirty beds, no clean towels, leftover food, dirty dishes, etc. Fortunately, our host was extremely responsive and had a cleaning crew on-site quickly. Within about two hours, the unit was cleaned and ready for us. While we appreciated the fast response, some compensation for the inconvenience would have been appreciated, as it...

"Host was very responsive, making the check in and out process really easy. Room looked exactly like in the photos. But I wish the sofa bed was thick and that the attachments were not rusted. So whoever stays on the sofa bed may be a little uncomfortable, but everything else was clean and lovely. Also appreciated that the unit we were staying in has a washer and dryer for my clothes! You get a great view of the ocean and a visit from the local chickens which makes for a lively time."
