"Great location and clean property. The property is a bit older than the photos. Lots of attractions and amenities within walking distance. The check in and check out process is very easy. It is a steep uphill walk from Shinagawa station so it is a bit challenging with a lot of luggage but it’s doable."

"Hotel was about a 20 minute walk from the train terminal. Nice area. 7-11 and grocery store close. Very roomy. 2 beds in 1 bedroom and room for 3 in the Japanese style bedroom. Living room, kitchen, stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils, pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware. Loft for this that want to climb up to another room. Good price for all this. Only problem was bodily fluid on 2 of the mattresses in the Japanese room which made them so they couldn’t be used. I contacted management but...

"Nice spacious modern room with comfortable beds, kitchen, large island, and roomy bathroom containing two sinks and laundry in the heart of Shibuya. Location was fantastic--only minutes from Shibuya crossing and station. We very much appreciated the wonderful customer service both at check-in (personless) and in changing our reservation. The only negative was the shower is quite tiny but was made up by the large, well-lit bathroom. "

"The walk to the station was about 9 minutes but besides that the room was great. It supplied every need. I asked the wife how long the hotel had been opened since everything was like new but she didn’t know. Everything comes with remote control including heated floors and was very modern. I was impressed. If you are looking for a VERY comfortable stay in Nikko this is the choice."
