"In odd/disrepair. I've been staying in rental properties since it was a thing on Expedia. This is in my top 3 worst places I've stayed unfortunately. I never give reviews, but I feel this one is warranted. "

"Street parking available, plus walkability to local restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Only complaint was that you have to keep most of the doors open in the house to stay warm at night, and the rain shower heads don’t rinse the shampoo out of your hair very well. "

"It's an adorable home, furnished well and pretty private being fenced in. The view of downtown Kansas City is pretty cool from either the hot tub, the roof top patio, or a bedroom window. We only had a few issues that prevented us from having a full 5 star stay. Previous occupants used up all the propane from the patio heater, so we only got to enjoy the patio for a short bit. There is a propane fire pit on the patio which helped keep us warm but the patio heater would have made it more...
