-Three beautifully furnished bedrooms: two with plush king-sized beds, and one with a comfortable twin bed



Stay connected and entertained with high-speed WiFi and flat-screen ROKU TVs located in the living room, a bedroom, and the dining/game room—just log in with your favorite streaming accounts and unwind.



The heart of the home, our well-appointed kitchen, comes fully stocked with modern appliances, pots, pans, a toaster, coffee maker, and a generous selection of spices—everything you need to cook up your favorite meals.



You’ll be just minutes from some of Kansas City’s best local restaurants, bars, and nightlife. With easy access to major highways, downtown KC, shopping districts, and all of the city’s top attractions, you'll be perfectly situated to enjoy everything KC has to offer.

Please note that there is a small parking pad located directly in front of the house that can accommodate one small car only. There is street parking is available a few blocks away. We recommend planning accordingly, especially during peak hours or weekends.

Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire home. You will enter the home with your own coded entry unique for your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Our location primarily houses families and KU Medical Center residents. We offer proximity:



A few minutes away from the vibrant 39th street shopping district.

5-minute drives to Westport, Plaza area, and landmarks like the Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC, and Kemper Museum.

10-minute rides to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land, Sea Life Aquarium, and Hy-Vee Arena.

Approximately 25-30 minutes from Worlds of Fun, Arrowhead, and Royals stadiums.



Getting Around:

The most efficient modes of transportation involve driving yourself or easily accessing rides through readily available Uber or Lyft services.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules:

-No smoking inside, no parties or gathering beyond the maximum occupancy.

-Should the no-party policy be violated, you will be requested to vacate the premises and forfeit your rental payment. We reserve the right to impose a $500 fine for breaching these regulations.



-Before booking, local guests are kindly requested to message us. Hosting local guests without prior authorization or pre-approval is not within our policy and will not be accommodated. We reserve the right to decline or refuse a reservation if the appropriate pre-screening process is not completed.





PETS:

We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $150 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.

Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.

-Pets must be crated while unsupervised and house trained



Interaction with Guests:

Feel free to reach out through the Airbnb app if you have any questions during your stay. While we're nearby, we typically avoid direct interaction with guests unless it becomes necessary. Our aim is to ensure you feel at home, without any unwanted intrusion, during your stay away from home.
