"Clean. Staff helpful. Nicely located not right in centre I’d St Helier but within a few minutes walk. Second time I’ve stayed here and can’t really fault it. Room this time being on the second floor was hit at times, but that’s no the hotels fault, you can’t control the weather. Would happily stay again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. "We had the most amazing stay at the Atlantic after a last minute cancellation of our holiday to Majorca. From start to finish the staff made sure every part of our stay was a memorable & tranquil experience. A special shout out to Nathan for being the most brilliant person in every way:-) "

"Staggering reservation times better in the restaurant might avoid long waits for food. In our case receiving our main course at 8.25 for a 7.00 booking. Staff did respond well when we raised the issue but it might be less of an issue if tables are booked out in a way that the kitchen can cope. We, for example, we’re not wedded to 7.00. All that said, the food is delicious."

"Upon our arrival we were greeted by Stephen (the head porter), our bags were taken from us and we were offered a chilled glass of orange juice whilst we were checked in.
