Superb place but housekeeping and ac (flu) problem
"Toilet seats in the master bedroom was stained with pee!!! Poor housekeeping in my point of view (yucks!). In addition, there were all sorts of stains on the floor of the bathrooms. Lack of attention in the bathroom it seems. The AC was noisy on and off every 10 mins (ticketing and whooshing sounds) ..."

"First of be aware that although several properties have the same Roxy name they do not share facilities except for breakfast. If you are staying at the Villas and townhouses you, can only use the pool at the townhouses. The beach is a 7 minute walk across the main road. It’s a nice beach but there ..."
