"A lovely villa in a peaceful tranquil retreat. Wonderful views of the coast and surrounding hills. Watch the Eagles soaring above. Very peaceful you can listen to the wildlife around you. The nearest Taverna is just over a kilometer away but you are unlikely to encounter a car walking there. Beautiful lake nearby to see the fresh water turtles."

"The house and all the surroundings facilities are amazing and in super conditions! We were a family from age 10 months to 75 including teenagers, everyone enjoyed the stay! The staff has extra ordinary good service and was very helpful and flexible. If you stay in this villa we would definitely recommend to rent a car, you will need it for groceries, going to the city center, beach etc. Vila Pasafai gets the best recommendations from us!"

"Die Villa mit eigenem Pool ist fantastisch, die Lage unbeschreiblich schön. In den Bergen geht fast immer eine frische Brise, der Sternenhimmel ist grandios in der ansonsten völlig dunklen Umgebung nachts. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, das separate Grillhäuschen perfekt fürs Barbecue. Wir hatten sehr guten Kontakt zum Eigentümer, der uns jede Frage sofort und sehr hilfsbereit beantworten konnte. Wir kommen sehr gerne mal wieder!"

"Overall loved the place. There were a few niggles like the garden lights being intentionally turned off detracting from the atmosphere, penny-pinching in the extreme. Not being able to leave the washing machine or dishwasher on when going out because the electricity fob was locked to the door key, very patronising, especially considering the money paid for rental.the location was excellent and the outside ameneties great. "Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war sauber und es war alles da. Könnte mal renoviert werden und das Haus ist kleiner als es auf den Fotos erscheint. Aber für uns hat es gereicht (6 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder) und dafür waren die lauen Abende unter den Olivenbäumen wunderschön. Die Tavernen im Dorf sind sehr gut, der Supermarkt hat ab 9.00 Uhr frisches Brot. Es war immer jemand erreichbar und alle waren sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür."

"We had the most amazing holiday in Almyrida. Villa Iannis was beautiful and the restaurants served great food. We particularly liked Psaros and Francois. The villa was spotless, the pool was bigger than we anticipated and Jan was so kind, helpful and just very lovely. We will be back! The only issue for us was the layout. You can’t see the pool from the villa and there were a lot of steps but our children are 11 and 14 so it was fine for us. Thank you Jan, Dimitra and the Almyrida team ❤️😊"

"I am struggling to find works to describe our stay. We have spent last 5 years organising business trips which ranged from 16-30+ people and this has been an absolute show stopper. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful, so close to the beach and some brilliant restaurants. The on hand service from Etouri is excellent to the point we have already booked another stay with them for next year. Sofia who manages the villa is ever so lovely and ever so helpful with anything. "This villa is just as shown in the pictures. It’s located in a small village with well stocked supermarkets and a couple of tavernas all within easy walking distance from the villa. About 15 minutes drive to Rethymno or 30 minutes to the South coast. The management company we’re excellent and easily contactable via WhatsApp or on the house phone. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this lovely villa."

"Villa and everything about the property is as you can see on photos. House is huge, 3 bedrooms, big living room, kitchen is on the small side but has everything. "Hotel med rigtig god beliggenhed på hjørnet af den gamle bydel og med ugeneret udsigt udover vandet (fra 2. sal og op). OK morgenmad med mulighed for at få tilberedt æg på flere måder. Desværre havde tagterrassen/baren lukket, da sæsonen ikke var startet i påsken. "
