**Other things to note:
Please Note: We require a 4-night minimum stay for guests residing within the local area. If you are a local resident and have questions regarding this policy, please send us an inquiry before booking.

Exterior security cameras have been installed and monitor the front porch, backyard and driveway areas.

We also have a noise monitor inside the home and backyard area. Tampering with any of these devices is prohibited and will result in immediate reservation cancelation, no exceptions.

EXTRA CHARGES
Any evidence of smoking in the home (smell and/or physical evidence) will be subject to a $750+ charge for extra cleaning entailed.

Unapproved late checkouts (15 minutes or more past check out time) will be subject to a $150+ charge.

Any evidence of parties or gatherings inside the house will be subject to a $1000 fee, plus any costs for damages caused by the unauthorized event/gathering.

Strict Driving Policy – Speeding Will Not Be Tolerated
For the safety of our community and to maintain good standing with our neighbors, all guests must obey the posted speed limits and drive responsibly within the neighborhood.
- Absolutely no speeding or reckless driving is allowed.
- If we receive any complaint from a neighbor regarding your driving behavior, your stay will be terminated immediately without refund.
- Additionally a $1,000 fine will be imposed to cover community penalties and disruption caused.

PET POLICY
$75 flat fee for up to 2 pets per stay (must add pets to reservation)
All pets must be kenneled and house trained
All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home
All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed in garbage cans outside of home
All pets MUST be kept off the furniture and bedding
All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pets

Hot tub and pool are chemically treated once a week and hot tub water is changed out once a month. Guests must sign a liability waiver regarding swimming pool, hot tub and sauna use after booking confirmation. Failure to do so will result in delay in sending check in instructions.

ALL GUESTS are to exercise caution when using all amenities. Owner/property manager/associated staff will not be held liable for any injuries/damages when using amenities. All children are to be supervised at all times in pool room and in hot tub.
No food/drink/glass in pool, hot tub, sauna.
Any individuals who are pregnant or have pre-existing health conditions are recommended to use amenities at own risk and with caution.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
