Good afternoon,We feel this review is a reflection of us having to have words with you during your stay.We are sorry you felt this way regarding your stay. But everyone else has the right to also enjoy their stay while being in our park and peace and quiet to sleep. having music playing none stop 24/7 was fair beyond that. Even when you weren't at your camp site it was playing. Same as securing of your tent ropes to other people's vans and gas and water pipes along with having lights on 24/7. Everyone pays the same amount to all enjoy our park and their family time.

Very friendly and helpful staff, toilets were immaculate and freshly cleaned in the morning. Area was peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

This property was "out of town" and we had a good powered site with no "neighbours" as such - peaceful and adequate to our needs. However, felt the cost per night was exorbitant for what was offered, particularly as the over flowing bins in the amenities block had not been emptied in the 4 days of our booked stay When cost was queried, - told it was the "high season" and more or less "suck it up"!! . Knowing other similar accommodation was available "in town" at a nightly cost less than was charged at this caravan park. We will not be back again or recommend due lack of cleanliness in the "tired" amenities block. and the cost, which we felt was exorbitant whether it was supposedly in the high season or not !

Grounds are clean, plenty of space. Great option for access to a powered site and ability to have a camp fire.

Being situated a little distance away from the town was good as it was quieter. I liked that it was pet friendly and the water pressure and temperature of the hot water in the showers was lovely first thing in the morning.

Clean showers and toilets, lady at desk very welcoming and friendly. Had an unpowered site and stayed 2 nights, it was well worth the money and only 5 mins into lakes

Great size grounds. Friendly easy going staff. Extremely well priced. Its an older park but very clean amenities & lovely grounds. ..It was mid week for us so very quiet. Had a great view & beautiful sunset. We are planning on heading back down in a few months to stay a week & explore Lakes Entrance. Very Nice - recommended

Large powered site enough room for 2 tents and 2 cars. Having two driers in laundry would be nice. Just unlucky with weather.

We booked a powered site through wotif and have tried to called at least 10 times to confirm our stay across 2 days. No one is picking up our calls. When we arrive, Susan / sue said there were no booking on her end and it’s not showing up. And offering us a unpowered site. And when you look up on other platforms (we saw at least 5!!!) they still advertise they have powered sites available. This deceptive conduct is sickening. You can’t advertise power site to people and when people arrive, you said only unpowered site is there.

Good morning, I would like to reply to this again sense the 3rd party company rejected my response the first time. Unforently booking with 3rd party agency's such as wotif, bookings.com and they are not actually Australian based company's , so there is time delays on when people book on line and updates which incur the company to let people double book on the one site or they take extra bookings for one site and Unforently we are left trying to fix there mistakes. I did try contracting you via your email enquiry for your check in time to notify you of the booking error wotif had done to try and offer you a unpowered site on arrival or the opinion to see if you could find a powered site else were in town. Unforently we didn't have any powered sites that were usable on your arrival as either they were already booked or were extremely wet from the rain we had received and were not suitable to be used to camp on. We are truly sorry this happened on your stay with us. We do hope in the near future you come back and vist us again soon for a much better experience. Thank you Susan

Smartly structured in a prime location which is literally minutes away from Main Lakes Entrance Tourist Spot. Providing reasonable facilities with options like Cabins, Caravans site and Camping sites. Pool/common kitchen and spacious bathrooms etc., for all visitors.

The price for a cabin was great and really close to Lakes Entrance. Heater worked great inly thing im 6ft tall and bunk beds would have been too small hahabut great overnight stay

The facilities were very out dated - location was good. A lot of permanent residents so it didn’t have the usual caravan park vibe. Not great for kids.
