"We stayed in a duplex two bedroom 1 & 1/2 bathroom unit. We were pleasantly surprised. It was a modestly decorated/furnished unit, very large and very clean. The kitchen was equipped with plates, glasses etc, all were crystal clean. The room was spotless. If you walk through the back courtyard, there is a little foot path that leads to their huge parking lot. "Overall we liked the hotel and the service. The beds were hard and the location was a bit too far from City and shops. Ok if you have a car or else only for one or two days. The pool was nice. Wifi in rooms did not work very good."

"Εμεις μειναμε στο πλαισιο μιας διήμερης αποδρασης,(οικογένειες με παιδια).Προκειται για εναν πολυ ωραιο χωρο και πραγματικα οι ιδιοκτήτες εχουν κανει μια πολυ καλη επενδυση.Η διαμονη ως συνολο ηταν πολυ καλη και η τοποθεσια εξαιρετικη.Αλλα υπηρχαν καποιες μικρες λεπτομέρειες που αν δεν υπηρχαν θα ηταν ολα εξαιρετικά.Για παραδειγμα,τα σιφωνια ηταν βουλωμενα και δεν πηγαινε το νερο κατω στις ντουζιερες και στη μπανιερα...τα ριχταρια και τα μαξιλαρια στους καναπεδες ηταν εμφανώς παλια....καποιες...

"A localização e a vista do hotel são os pontos fortes. Mas os móveis dos quartos são antigos, incluindo a TV. Nosso chuveiro esfriava no meio do banho e o problema somente foi solucionado 2 dias depois, um dia antes de partirmos. No entanto o atendentimento foi muito prestativo por parte da gerente. Em geral, gostamos da hospedagem. Mas seria necessária uma reforma com atualização do mobiliário e infraestrutura."

"Modern, clean, well located to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The front desk gal is very nice and helpful. She helped set up transport to the hotel and to one of our excursions. She was always available via whats app. The room was large. No shower door so it was unavoidable to splash water outside the shower. They remind you not to brush your teeth with the faucet water and provided a bottle of water. There is a small fridge and kettle. Tea cups and glasses but no cutlery. Luckily there...

"Mike was our hero during this weekend! There was a miscommunication between the residence and hotels.com, so they were only expecting two of ua and not five. But Mike managed to get us a complimentary apartment 👏 he made great efforts in doing the cleaning puzzle so that everyone could check in on their arrival, and also for us to store the bags after check out before we left for the airport again. He also gave us lots of recommendations for activities in Lefkada. Thanks Mike!! "

"It was very disappointing, i think we had the worse room. I did ask to move rooms but they were fully booked. The room was on the ground floor, with no natural light, everything was very tired and old. There was air conditioning in one room but not the double. Room was full of mosquitoes and the mattress was old with the springs sticking out. We had an outside area but we had thick trees and looked onto the carpark/ main road.
