"Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us."

"This was a beautiful property in an amazing location overlooking Kona! Although the room itself is small, the unit had everything we needed (mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, hairdryer, beach towels, fans, etc) and was super clean upon arrival. Lauren and Nick were great hosts and super gracious with providing recommendations on things to do/eat nearby. "This location is great for walking to the many coffee shops and restaurants in the downtown area of Kailua-Kona. There is also a cute little shopping mall, an ABC store, and a farmers market nearby. The main beach in town is a fairly easy walk from the condo, and the pool and hot tub on the property are also great. Inside, the condo has everything you need to relax and have fun: fully outfitted kitchen, comfy living room and bed, nice little patio area, beach chairs and umbrella, and a variety...

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The property is located in walking distance to shops and eateries. We loved that the unit was recently renovated and clean! Parking might be a little challenging if you return late in the evening. We were fine taking an uber when needed. Mahalo!"

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in the Royal Palms room. It was really peaceful and it had the accommodations we needed for a quick two night stay. The description of the property is very accurate. You may need ear plugs if you're not used to the sound of koki frogs at night. The noises were not an issue for us. They do have complimentary ear plugs. We will definitely stay here again when we are traveling without kids!"
