White Sands Village#225 is a great addition to Knutson & Associates Vacation Rental Inventory. The location is the Best in the Kuakini Tower at White Sands Village!

Unit#225 has 1016 interior square feet with a 416 square foot lanai! Book this unit if the Location is important to you! Washer & dryer in the unit! It comes with a covered parking area under the building for 1 vehicle!

Unit#225 features a King Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom & 2 twin sized beds in the 2nd Guest bedroom.

The Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room can sleep 2 little ones or 1 larger person!

Excellent choice for 6 people! The property has a fully equipped kitchen. Central Air Conditioning available too!

White Sands Village is Kona's Premier Vacation Rental destination with ocean and mountain views. It's located directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach; the only white sand beach between Kailua & Keauhou.
The complex has a beautiful pool & spa area, lush tropical landscaping and two tennis courts. Other amenities include a paperback library and pool table area.
A large covered barbecue area located by the pool with four barbecues. White Sands Village is located between downtown Kailua and Keauhou where there are theaters, grocery stores, shops and restaurants!

This is a beautiful property has great views of the lower units and you can see the ocean. The lanai was huge and we enjoyed sitting outdoors listening to the ocean or the birds. We didn’t have any noise from other units close to ours. Because we had our windows open when we were there we could hear some traffic but nothing to disturb our quiet. The unit itself was furnished nicely and we enjoyed the spacious rooms and space itself! It’s so very nice to have access to the washer and dryer in the unit and drying racks outside on the lanai for hanging laundry or beach towels! People were friendly and the grounds were immaculate. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here - plus there is once covered parking space for you. The only drawback is that the unit is 37 steps each way -up and down. There is an elevator in the middle of the building but you would still have steps. We grew to be able to go up and down without being out of breath midway! Something that is helpful if that could be an issue for you. So please don’t hesitate and say yes to the condo today!! You will be glad you did.

The communication with host/rental group was excellent and the condo was perfect for our family. The view from the deck was spectacular and the pool amenities were great. We would definitely come back and stay again :)

Beautiful property with incredible views of the mountains, ocean, and sunsets from the lanai. Location was close enough to town without being too crowded or busy. Big plus with Magic Sands Beach right across the street. Great communication with the hosts and would definitely stay her again.

Everything you need, best location!

I wanted to find a place close enough for my parents to be able to walk to the beach every day while I was out exploring the island with my kids. The location is great - the beach is literally across the street. The balcony is huge, and my daughter actually spent the entire week using the balcony as her personal bedroom - slept there every night. Both bathrooms are perfect, kitchen is fully stocked and has all the amenities, beds are comfortable. The pool is 8ft deep and very big, the hot tub is perfect temperature, multiple Webber grills available at all times for patrons to grill their food on. There was everything one could possibly need for a nice smooth vacation experience. If I ever go back to Kona, I would definitely stay at this location again!

Great Unit!

Our stay was amazing. The unit was just as described and the pictures were spot on.Arrival was great. Wonderful music playing as you walk in. Very clean and cool.Lanai was fabulous with a great view. Lanai could be used as another room it is so large.Unit was equipped with all we needed. Great place and we will book this one again.

Property management company kept in contact with us as we checked in late. They were quick to respond to any questions and concerns. The condo was spacious and clean. We loved the mid-century modern furnishings. The building was in a safe and quiet area, close to downtown Hilo. We loved waking up to the sounds of the local birds in the park behind us. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolute gem

We were part of a large family group who had multiple properties on site and we won the week. The huge lanai looking down to the ocean watching the sun set was amazing. The condo is laid out well for a family up to four people. And property management is both easy to work with and responsive to any issues you might have. Highly recommend!

This was a great location for our family to explore the Kona coast. We enjoyed walking to the beach to see the sunset. Loved hearing the birds in the morning as well. The company was very reponsive to our needs. Comfortable beds.

Great Condo!

Great place, had everything we needed for our beach vacation, beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler with ice pack. The views were amazing and parking was next to the stairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Get Away

Nice large unit, more than enough room for our family of four. The large wrap around lanai made the unit feel even bigger. Great location right across from Magic Sands Beach. Everything about the trip was perfect. Would recommend anyone to stay here for their Hawaiian vacation.

Great place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. The lanai was fabulous and we spent much of our condo time taking in the sights and sounds from there. This unit has an elevator but will still require a half flight of stairs to access.

Nice place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was super easy. The condo complex has a nice pool area that has a mini fridge, microwave, sink, sauna, pool table and restrooms. The unit was as advertised in the photos. The unit is clean and quiet. We were surprised to see there wasn’t a foam mattress topper for the pull out couch, so we bought one and left it in the unit. The beds in the main bedrooms are comfy. There are fans in the bedrooms. There was plenty of starter supplies(dish soap, laundry supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, etc). There was 3 beach umbrellas, beach towels, 2 beach chairs, 5 noodles, 3 boogie board(all are broken in the middle), coolers, beach mats, baby floater, fins, sand toys, etc. We left our leftover supplies and beach toys as well. The unit could use a new strainer(the one in unit is rusty)and maybe a new set of pans. We really enjoyed the large wrap around with all the patio furniture. We would absolutely stay here again.

9 Nights in Kona

Overall, I would rate this property very well. The kitchen was well appointed. Nice furniture. The bedroom and beds were perfect for our family of (2) adults and (2) kids. The kitchen/bathrooms have been updated enough to not feel too dated. The communication with the property management team was fantastic. We didn't have any issues, but I have no doubt that they would have been quick to address them if we had any. The view was pretty good. One of the units on site blocked the sunset, but otherwise the wrap around lanai was really, REALLY amazing. The location was satisfactory. Only one real restaurant option within walking distance. But lots of choices a 10 minute drive away. Magic Sands Beach was right across the street. Great experience overall.
