"The room was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants although a bit far to walk to anywhere. It was very clean, slightly outdated, but very nice place to stay. Perfect for 2 guests or a couple. Nice balcony with ocean view. "

"Very convenient location. There’s a popular poke spot right next to the building. Easy access to the beach. Only 10mins drive to grocery stores/restaurants. The unit is very clean. I like that they have a washer and dryer in the unit. It is somewhat noisy at night because the window is facing the street. But I sleep with earplugs anyways so that’s not a problem to me. "The place was pretty good, but it's on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It was not clear in the ad that there wasn't an elevator or I would not have booked this unit. I am disabled so this made the stay a lot less enjoyable. "

"Overall, good location that is convenient to the attractions to Kona. Great to have a designated parking spot. Turning left out of the apartment is a bit tricky as the traffic backs up due to a four way stop just up the road, but that is manageable. Great beaches nearby (just not in front on the property as that one is very rocky).The apartment is well appointment, the best in terms of cooking utensils and basics (basics like olive oil, salt, pepper, soy sauce, etc are all available)....

"We stayed at this condo for 5 nights late December. The condo is facing Ali'i Drive with heavy traffic. As the one window A/C unit was not working, window had to be open, making it difficult to sleep. Living room area a little moldy. Upon arrival, no linens for the second bed. Later, these were provided by the on-site VRBO person. On the positive side, the location is good, close to Kailua town and to South Kona. I would not rent this condo again."
