ENJOY UPSCALE LIVING WITH BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEWS AT THIS FULLY FURNISHED OCEANFRONT LUXURY RESORT CONDOMINIUM IN KONA!
This condominium is located in the famous Royal Sea Cliff Resort. The unit is remodeled with an upgraded kitchen, new bathroom and new floors. It features a large open concept living room, a kitchen, a washer and dryer and indoor and outdoor dining areas. It also has a quiet central air conditioning system for your comfort (not window units). The main bedroom features a king-size bed. The living room has a high-end queen-size Murphy bed with memory form.

The balcony (or lanai, as we like to call it in Hawai'i) has a tranquil dining area perfect for dining outdoors and watching the sun set. Often, you will see dolphins swimming while you are having breakfast. The covered lanai, with its high-end furniture, seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor spaces through sliding doors. It is the perfect place to enjoy a meal and the beautiful Pacific Ocean at the same time.

It is located just a few minutes from Magic Sands Beach, where you can relax in the sun. Grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, a movie theater, ocean activities, golf, sport fishing, hiking, kayaking, shops, and open-air dining in the popular beautiful resort town of Kailua-Kona and farmers market are all within a few minutes drive from the condominium.

The unit is stocked with everything you need to have an awesome, relaxing vacation, including beach towels, beach chairs, and a body board.

Great location, close to many places like downtown, several beaches suitable for snorkeling. The unit was clean, well maintained. Property management was excellent, provided good communication and instructions on check in and check out. Would come back in the future.

Just the lighting in the living room was dark and the lighting in the kitchen over the sink too bright. I couldn’t figure out which switch turned on the dining room lighting. Another stand up light next to the chair in the Livingroon would have been nice. Other than that, a great place to stay.

This property was very nice. When you walk into the unit it is just what you see in the listing photos. The pool is right by the ocean. The unit is easy to get to and is on the second floor.

The property was a little setback from the water but had an ocean view, nice pools and grounds was well manicured and cared for. The communication about keys and damage waivers were a bit overwhelming but all in all everything when smoothly.

We enjoyed our stay at #406 Royal Sea Cliff. The condo was very spacious, very well maintained and extremely clean. Amenities were fabulous and the complex is in a terrific location.

great stay

The apartment complex is good, with pool and clean and organised. As others mentioned it is quite and great for slowing down. Apartment has everything you need from kitchen supplies to laundry detergent. With small kids it is always helpful to have another set of bed sheet mostly when staying more than a few nights... that was missing. Only thing is the aircon/centra system needs a good clean! We would come back to stay here again!

Relaxing stay by the ocean

Excellent manager and a good view

We love the Royal Sea-Cliff and have stayed in this complex many times over the years. Having 2 pools is great, and it's very walkable to town. We were initially dissatisfied with some of the aspects of this unit, so we brought our concerns to the Knutson manager. He was immediately responsive and kind, and rectified all the things he could, which really improved our experience. The view is good here, and the a/c works (after we figured out the trick to it). The pillows are dreamy, the kitchen knives were sharp, and the manager added some needed kitchen and cleaning items during our stay. There are still things that could be improved, but in the end we were comfortable here. Thank you Blake and team.

A Nice Place

The rental was clean and equipped with everything you need. We definitely appreciate all the amenities that were provided. Great location! The central a/c was awesome! Both beds were comfortable. The communication was great from the beginning to the end. Everyone was very responsive and helpful! Thank you for making our vacation very enjoyable!

Fantastic and relaxing

This place was great! Best location, far enough away from the busyness of downtown but close enough to go for lunches, shopping, cocktails and dinner. And down the road a bit from Magic Sands beach and a few others! Pool was fantastic, right on the ocean where you can let the kids swim and still see the beautiful waves and ocean. Condo had wonderful amenities, every appliance in the kitchen that you need and washing machine and dryer that was a god send!! The room is in the best location, quick walk to the pool, but far enough away to feel secluded and still be able to hear the ocean, see the water, and the sunset!! Staff was very helpful and responsive to our needs. We’ll definitely be back!!!!

Great Location, Fantastic Condo!

This is a gem of a place to stay. The condo is at the end of the complex, quiet, lovely ocean view, easy parking, trees and birds all around. The condo itself was immaculate and incredibly well supplied,,, we could not believe it! Everything has been thought of from the washer/dryer, stocked kitchen, even beach chairs and towels etc, etc, etc. Communication with the mgmt was great. My husband and I slept in the Murphy bed in the living room so we could hear the ocean all night. Super comfy. Overall, great place to stay.

Awesome Place with Beautiful Ocean View

We cannot say enough about this place. The location and amenities were perfect. We highly recommend this unit #406 at Royal Sea Cliff Resort. It felt like a royalty. We have stayed at many vacation rental places but this place hit the top of our list. The place so clean, comfortable was perfectly organized. Kitchen has high-end small and large appliances. Even a Vitamix :) blender and nice coffeemaker. We started our day by having cup of coffee and breakfast at the balcony listening, watching the ocean and enjoying the sounds of Myna birds. We even spotted dolphins swimming across. We ended our day watching sunset from the balcony. We also watched the sunset sitting on the rocks in front of the resort. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. We normally don’t like to pack much so it was very convenient to have all the beach toys (snorkels, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, body board, etc.) and Washer/Dryer. We enjoyed snorkeling in near by Kahalu’u beach. The bedroom was very large with King size very comfortable bed. We noticed a murphy bed in the living room and decided to try it out and it was so comfortable so we slept on it for couple of nights while leaving sliding door open, we could hear ocean and perfect breeze coming through. What a way to sleep. This condo has central air conditioner which was very quiet. All shops and restaurants, beaches, farmers market were only few minutes away. The resort amenities were so great. It had 2 pools, Jacuzzi, and bbq and common sitting areas throughout the property. There were lot of green lush and small waterfalls within the resort. This building was built so beautifully. It was so quiet in the resort yet close to shops and restaurants, beaches, etc... The service and the communication from Management Company was fantastic. We highly recommend this place. We will definitely coming back here again with my family.

rainy but didn't matter

property was located only about 20 min from the airport and about 5 min to downtown area. the property overlooked the ocean. Every minute I could, i spent on the Lanai looking at the ocean. the property was in immaculate condition. the kitchen was amazing and had every possible thing necessary for daily cooking. It rained our entire stay, but we enjoyed ourselves fully, hiking and swimming in the rain. I would come back to this place in a heartbeat. thanks so much!!

Paradise

We had moved to this unit from a different at the same property and it was a huge upgrade! Everything felt brand new, clean and the place brings in a lot of natural light. The views were also fantastic. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the peaceful lanai over looking the ocean each morning - the kitchen is even very well stocked with high end appliances! We were highly satisfied with our stay!
