    There is a HUGE lanai/balcony for your comfort. Relax & watch all of the exciting activity in the heart of Ali'i Drive below.

    This perfectly located gem has everything you need for a stay of a few days or several months. This is the type of location you actually would not have to have a car in Kona.

    Inside walls between units are 12 inch thick concrete which makes this condo very quiet and peaceful. This unit has everything you need for a fun stay.

All and all our stay here was great. We were a family of 4 and had a comfortable amount of space plus the location was nice. The only downside was the floor was gross (our feet were black the first day there), the bedroom light wouldn’t stay on (it would flicker on and off), the bathroom smelled wet and there was construction in the parking deck with an elevator out. We did love the patio, beach supplies and the location felt safe. At the end of the day we would stay here again.

Condo propre, situation géographique parfaite pour nous , calme même si en plein centre de la ville .À signaler: nous avons vu 3 coquerelles …( cuisine et salle de bain ) .Superbe cuisine ! Mais, nous avons dû acheter huile et vinaigre qu’on a bien évidemment laissé .Le stationnement qui s’effondre c’est un peu surprenant .

Kona Trip

Our stay in Kona was wonderful and stores were walking distance from Kona Plaza. The unit itself was nicely furnished, clean and easy access was provided. Would definitely rebook on future visits to Kona!

Kitchen is perfect, so appreciated the beach chairs & umbrella. Host was very responsive and welcoming. Loved that we could walk to everything. Enjoyed ocean view from the lanai. The 4th floor roof top deck was amazing as well. We will be back !!! Thank you, thank you!!!

Superb central flat

The flat was perfectly equipped, located ( for what I needed , being near the Ironman), surprisingly quiet for being so central. Everyone was friendly in the building. The bed was super comfy.I had one of the best weeks off my life and would definitely choose to stay there again if I’m back for Ironman in 2025 .The owner was super helpful and responsive via email .Thank you for making my stay such a pleasure.

Centrally located in the heart of Kona. Great walking distances to coffee shops/restaurants. The primus key helps(with all doors to get into complex) from Alii drive without having to walk all the way around the complex. The kitchen is great to have if you’re going to cook. If we had binoculars we would be able to see the fire dancers at the luau across the bay from the lanai. I would love to stay here again when we come back to Hawai’i Island.

Location, Location, Location

Nice 1-bedroom condo with partial view of Kona Pier. The location is downtown Kona and we found that helpful as we were there to swim for training. You will need to buy everything to cook including oil or Pam. Simply salt and pepper available.

Peaceful and convenient

Great location. Loved having my coffee on the lanai every morning. Communication from the property manager was a little much for my taste, but I suppose that’s better than too little communication. This is a great place to stay if you’d rather not rent a car. Occasional uber rides were very affordable (at least when I was there). There are lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. I stayed here for a wedding, so I had family members who could give me a ride to further out locations such as the national park
