    This bright and breezy condo offers a comfortable “home away from home” with a spacious open layout and a large covered lanai featuring a peek of the ocean—perfect for morning Kona coffee or relaxing after a day of adventure. Enjoy excellent airflow throughout, plus a larger upgraded window AC unit in the living area and main bedroom for added comfort.
    The fully equipped kitchen features new appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home, while updated furnishings throughout create a fresh, inviting space. The primary bedroom includes a cozy retreat with AC, and the second bedroom is ideal for guests or family.

The condo was a good base to see the sites of the island. We were able to also walk to near by restaurants and stores.

The unit is centrally located in Kona, close to anything and everything you mite need. Also within driving distance of so many beaches and cool locations. Management was extremely easy to deal with throughout the entire process, and very welcoming i cant say enough good things are stay was flawless, and our "Home base" was a big part of that. As far as the unit itself it had all the goodies you may need from sun block to an extra beach towel(s) and even some nice lounge chairs for the beach. Kitchen and baths where well stocked for our entire stay. Our family made some great memories here! Mahalo

Wonderful first time in Kona

It was a wonderful first time in Kona we had a blast brought the family for my daughters high school graduation trip and this place was great near a lot of stuff within walking distance very good communication with the host great place

Our stay was great! The location was perfect! You’re right in the downtown area and walking distance to everything you need! The pool was a bonus and the place had everything you needed to for a wonderful stay.

Great place! Clean and convenient location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, and the air conditioning kept the place cool and comfortable. The location is awesome, it’s just a short walk to downtown. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Very nice, comfortable place to stay

Very nice property to stay at. Lots of room to entertain family or friends. 2 wall a/c's and some ceiling fans made it very nice to stay in. Great location, amazingly awesome property manager Abby, she was very responsive to phone calls, messaging and emails. Easy check in and out. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Stay at Kona Oasis

Overall very positive stay at Kona Oasis. Great location for walking to shops, beaches, restaurants, etc. Very comfortable space inside. Perfect location in the complex with regards to the pool, hot tub, and grills. We spent a ton of time just hanging out there. Thanks for a great stay!

Oasis for cold northern travelers!

We enjoyed our stay at Kona Oasis. It should be noted earlier that you have to climb stairs to the third floor, including luggage in case that is an issue for some renters. Great accommodations, with lots of amenities! Loved the beach gear, great kitchen and laundry!

Our stay was awesome at this home! My son had the whole loft to himself while I stayed in the bedroom on the first floor. It was great, we had a view of the beach. It is exactly how it is described, beautiful!

Kona is so beautiful!!!

This place was amazing. It had everything you possibly could need or use. It was in a great location. We really enjoyed our time here. I mean it had supplies we never even thought of needing. I hope we can come back soon. I highly recommend this place.

Tolle Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich super. Man hat viel Platz und wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen dort. Mit dem eigenen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür war auch Top. In nur 5 Minuten waren wir am Ortszentrum. Würden die Wohnung wieder nehmen.
