Gorgeous Direct Oceanfront Remodeled Townhome, truly stunning!

Townhome#183 is very special, featuring all one could want in their Vacation Rental. It has two bedrooms & two bathrooms and is configured to accommodate up to 6 guests with a King bed in the ocean-facing bedroom and Queen Sized Bed in the garden bedroom. Large Sofa can sleep up to 2 little ones, or 1 regular sized person. Enjoy a bathroom on each floor. The downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower and the upstairs bath has a tub shower combination.

The Lanai..you can't get any closer to the waters edge! Enjoy outdoor dining at this beautiful unit. A dedicated parking space is just steps away. Being a corner unit, you've got lots of room! We also manage#182 right next door if you want side by side units!!

The kitchen is fully equipped all one could yearn for. Enjoy washer and dryer access as well!

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large, newly remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.

One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

The management company for this property is great! Quick to respond to questions and to keep visitors informed. The grounds are lovely, the pool and courts are great! Our townhouse was in good condition, clean, well stocked and comfortable.

Better than expected

Everything was better than expected. The unit was great. Loved the kitchen and the view can’t be beat. The pool was right there and just a short walk across the driveway to get to it. Pool was way bigger and nicer than the photos suggested. Everyone we met were kind and gracious. We have four kids and we just played and had a great time. It is also right next to a black sand beach with awesome snorkeling. Would 100% stay here again!

We Love Hawaii

First time to stay in this unit. Unit was very nice. Could have used some more paper products (paper towels, TP) as had to buy from Costco. Noticed ants (small black) on kitchen counter especially around sink - recommend a spray be done. We have been coming to Hawaii since 2010 and stay at KSRC always - love the pool - to bad they allow 'pickle-ball' hate that noise! We would stay again.

Nice ocean view

Fantastic view for sunset. Morning breakfast on lanai watching whales and different species of birds. Comfortable beds. Nice pool. A short drive into town was easy for shops and restaurants. Only downfall is the closest nice sandy beach is about a 45 minute drive.

Beautiful But Uncomfortable (HOT)

This property is beautiful but we were really uncomfortable in the middle of summer. When we booked, the VRBO listing said it had AC but when we arrived we found that it didn't any at all. Even with all the windows and doors open with fans, there was no breeze and sleeping was very uncomfortable until late at night. The property managers did compensate us for the wrong listing which was great and they were very responsive and took full responsibility. Everything else about this property was great, the parking space is just a couple steps away. The pool is a very short walk away. A couple of other things: -The check in info was incomplete. We were not provided a gate code or a pool gate code and had to ask for those. It was very frustrating after a long day of traveling not be able to get into the property. - There is no information about the property available in the unit. There are no property maps or contact info for help with other guests. For example there were people blaring there music at the pool, in violation of the posted rules at the pool. - People are free to walk in and fish in front of your condo. My understanding is that shoreline access is guaranteed by Hawaiian law but it was a little weird to have people standing right outside the lanai fishing even late at night (they had head lamps on). - The beds are very comfortable ignoring the heat issues. I really appreciated this as we've had other vacation rentals where the beds were terrible.

Great Location, Nice property

The condo is as advertised. Beautiful views. 10-15 minute drive to Kailua Kona. Kitchen is well stocked. Grocery store and drug store very close. Overall property was quiet and very well maintained with beautiful landscaping. We would stay here again if we return.

Perfection in Paradise

Our stay was everything we had hoped for and more. First of all, I can't say enough about our hostess. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and we felt so at home in this peaceful piece of paradise, right next to the ocean. It was heavenly, listening to the crash of the waves, lulling us to sleep each night, after our days filled with Kona activities, too numerous to mention. Our hostess went out of her way to give us pickleball instructions and so many suggestions of things to do and see in the area. We will be back. We can't wait!

This is our 5th trip to Kona & the best place we have stayed! The cleanliness & ease of renting this place was wonderful. Anita, the owner, was the best to work with. She was great at responding to us & keeps a very organized, neat, & comfortable condo. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone & will definitely come back to this place!

Great Location, Great Stay

This property is just as advertised, and our group of two couples had a wonderful stay here. The condo is updated and comfortable, and the owners provided everything we needed for our stay, and threw in some special touches for the two members of our party celebrating their retirements. There is a grocery within a mile, and a handful of decent restaurants. The two best features are, first, the extraordinary lanai, where we sat 30ft from the ocean watching humpback whales and dolphins swim by while enjoying morning coffee or a cocktail at sunset. Second, the overall location is fantastic. You're close enough to enjoy Kona without being in the middle of the traffic. The gated community is quiet and relaxing. And it was a convenient launching point to explore the whole west side of the island. Loved our stay and would definitely book here again!

Clean home in a friendly community with leisure choices. People at the swimming pool, playing tennis and pickle ball plus just a short walk to a neighborhood snorkel beach. A fun location with awesome sunsets.

Big Island Stay

the condo would be perfect for a family of 4 or for a couple. The kitchen has been updated and is well stocked. The only draw back for us is, as we were all 75 and older, the steps up to the bedrooms were a little tiresome.

Location, location, location!

Phenomenal location with unbelievable views. Gated community with all the amenities required to make your stay comfortable. Pool, tennis /pickle ball courts and a short walk to the shopping center for anything you forgot. We would definitely stay here again!

All the amenities of home!

Our stay was fabulous! We stayed three weeks and the townhouse had all the amenities we have at home. Shopping center and Costco very close so we were able to cook meals with a fully stocked kitchen-pots, pans, utensils. I even baked bread. Towels of every kind for the pool and the beach were available to us. The townhouse is clean and airy, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are large, having a washer and dryer made packing less a great choice. There is a private beach for residents of this community where watching the sunset is a must. Communication with the owner was great. This will be our location of choice for our next vacation.

My family had the best time staying at this waterfront location. Outside patio is the most beautiful spot. It has updated decor throughout. Great kitchen that faces ocean. Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Pool was great and is located super close to property. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

Couldn't say enough nice things about this place. 4 adults stayed comfortably in the location and felt we had enough privacy and comfort. This was a great stay! The beds were cozy and even the view from the bathroom was amazing!! Anita was very kind, responsive and worked with us for the trip. You are not right in the midst of all the other tourists but close enough to get there. There is a grocery store right nearby and snorkle gear as well. We didn't see any whales or dolphins but you can't miss sea turtles unless you stay in the pool the whole time. Which was also a nice bonus to relax in at the end of a day of exploring! Def a great place to stay!

Peaceful

The location and condo were perfect for our family. Just south of town but still very easy access. Pool area was clean and mostly quiet. The best part was meals on the lanai overlooking the ocean and hearing the waves crash on the rocks at night. Home owner was quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating.

Exceptional property!

This property was above and beyond our expectations! The pictures were beautiful, but in person it was more then you could ask for! From the smallest detail to hearing the ocean outside your bedroom it’s all you dream about for your vacation! The house has everything you need from the most comfortable beds and luxurious sheets to beach chairs and wine glasses! And if you want to see the most amazing sunsets this is the place to be! Anita our host was absolutely wonderful to work with and we’ve already planned our next trip! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Lovely oceanfront townhouse

We agree with Charles’ review! Anita was a great host who quickly took care of our needs. She also gave us restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed Umeke’s , a restaurant frequented by locals with great seafood. We missed the live music the night that we went. The townhouse has two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs and another bathroom downstairs in the living room area. Beds were comfortable and we are going to miss the sound of the waves lulling us to sleep. It was a comfortable place for 4 adults. There are gas bar-b-ques in the common area near the pool that were well maintained. We could have used bar-b-que tools. We look forward to coming back!
