"The location of this condo is the perfect walking distance for the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The location is central for driving out on day trips. The grounds and bbq area are well maintained. When you need a break from the beach the 2 pools are a nice alternative. The owner and management team were quick to respond when we had an issue. "Space was great for two adults. Nicely appointed kitchen. The lanai was fabulous, we had many meals and cocktails on it, the view is hard to beat. Partial sunsets from the lanai when we visited because of the time of year & position of the sun (mid May) but you definitely see all the colours. Easy enough to just travel down to Kam beach 2 or 3 (during sunset rush hour which really isn’t that bad at all) and you’ll see the full sunset. Bed is a comfy king, good pillows, couch is comfy as well....
