"Great location, amazing view from our room. It has a hot top and 2 pools, one of which has ocean views and has a pool bar. restaurant located on site, the staff of the resort are constantly cleaning and making the experience memorable. Lots of markets nearby, food truck market right next door, and a grocery store right next door. Even during a tropical storm the staff was outside in the slower rain cleaning up. Being a private unit at a hotel resort, the hotel staff seemed hesitant to help out...

"I recommend this property as high as I possibly can! My feelings for this property is so high, that I could not say a negative word about any of it! Book it! A bit more detail: My oldest daughter (15) was excited to go to Maui and see sea turtles and within 1 min of checking in and going to see the amazing view there was a turtle swimming just a few yards out in the water. We would watch the sunset as often as we could on the lanai (porch) and just listen to the waves come onto shore....

"The resort was in the perfect location! We had a wonderful time walking up and down the beach and Whaler Village is literally right next to it less than five min walk. They had tons of shops and great food options! "

"Excellent beautiful place/location. Front desk needs help. Over hour to check in, no apologies and no one in front of us. Just sat behind their computers??? What was happening? No communication was. Got mail I was expecting, no call, email or msg to room. I pressed on check out and they found it. Front desk help needed"

"Great location. Rooms a bit old. Only one bed and the sleeping could was not suited for sleeping as you could feel every single spring, so not a comfortable sleep. Great children’s pool and also another one for adults. Right at the beach which was a very nice one and also 10 minutes from Whalers Village and another beach and bay in opposite direction with turtles swimming."

"Great communication with the hosts! The studio was furnished with everything you need for a fabulous stay and was decorated beautifully. The highlight was the amazing views from the balcony! So many turtles and whales right off shore. We highly recommend this location for beach access, shopping and both casual an fine dining options! "

"Check in was not great. Our room was not ready which is understandable but when it was ready, they sent us to the wrong tower... clear across the entire property. Our view, supposed to be Garden View, we saw a parked cars looking at their grill and headlights. I would not stay there again."
