Hoteller nær Just Chill Water Park

"They asked for extra money during visit , gave non ac room instead of ac , bed was dirty , locks were broken , and surrounding ambience is poor and filthy."

"The hotel staff failed to provide breakfast throughout my stay and refused to send the bill for the booking amount, despite me sending them the receipt. staff member, keeps making excuses, promising to send it 'today' or 'tomorrow'. This hotel was a terrible experience."

"Overall: 2 stars I’ll try to be unbiased and just state the facts of my experience. Don’t trust the 4 and 5 star reviews. At check in, the reception member took 7 phone calls during our check in rather than attending to the 2 people in front of him. Staff were generally unapproachable and rarely smiled. The room was clean and nicely furnished, but the mattress was rock solid and hurt my back. The WiFi was essentially non existent. The pool had highly restricted hours and we were told to leave...

"the place is ok. the staff is nice and will get you most things on request. though the issue of english can be slightly challening -also at the front dest. overall the place is nice and clean enough, though the bedding seems a but worn... also, the website still says there is a restaurant facility. this is not the case. you can order food to your room., but there is no place for you to stay/sit outside the room."

"Cleanliness was below average (bed, bathroom and floor). Staff was not helpful. They don't give you more than one key even if there are more than one people staying in the room, citing security reasons, which is absurd. They gave only two bath towels and one hand towel, though the reservation was for 3 people. Breakfast was terrible, it was not included and we paid at the time of reservation. Also, if you want to order coffee (room service) in the morning, they dont have staff, so they refused....

"Its good"

"Worst Ramada hotel I have been too. The property has not be taken care of. The bathroom were mouldy. Bedroom had so many mosquitoes , when asked for an all out. They said they didn’t have any available. Considering all the all outs were being used by other rooms the owner knows their is problem. So why not get more all out and also get pest control. I have stayed at many Ramada hotels, this is definitely the worst one. This place is ruining Ramada’s reputation. the breakfast was below...

"yes"

"The staff was helpful but hotel I didn’t find much clean and there’s no kitchen in hotel also if you’re planning for breakfast and all."

"The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. The room is decent, not like any 3 star hotel, but good enough to stay near RGCIRC hospital. Also, has wifi and hot water support. Bed is comfy. Overall nice area for the location. "

"Room provided was not deluxe at all. I booked deluxe room though"

"The photos & details mentioned in the hotel's listing are misleading & incorrect. The property is in desperate need of maintenance, from the reception area to the rooms, bathrooms, and swimming pool. The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing and fell well below basic hospitality standards. There were no lights in the corridors, the bathroom ceiling was in poor condition, the room's air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the swimming pool was not operational. Although...

"Good parking space and staff"
