"the place is ok. the staff is nice and will get you most things on request. though the issue of english can be slightly challening -also at the front dest. overall the place is nice and clean enough, though the bedding seems a but worn... also, the website still says there is a restaurant facility. this is not the case. you can order food to your room., but there is no place for you to stay/sit outside the room."

"The hotel has undergone upgrade changes on the entry & reception areas from when the hotel was known as the “Picadelly Hotel” This very nice transition and much needed upgrade unfortunately have not included the rooms, which is still really “worn” and without any improvements from the old hotel. So until this happens I will be looking for other hotels in the proximity. Staff was very friendly and morning buffet also “upgraded” from earlier - so upgrade the rooms, and I will see you again -...

"The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. The room is decent, not like any 3 star hotel, but good enough to stay near RGCIRC hospital. Also, has wifi and hot water support. Bed is comfy. Overall nice area for the location. "

"Overall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We were confronted with an unconventional rule stating, unmarried or friends (male, female) cannot stay in one room and were asked to book another room by the receptionist."
