Balkana is a new home with plenty of space for all family members, including your dog (OUTSIDE ONLY.) The kitchen/ lounge/ dining is open plan so everyone including the cook, is always part of the conversation. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and stove top cooking and the cupboards are well stocked with all appliances, cutlery and crockery. There is a dishwasher for your convenience and few tabs are provided for your first day.
Open the large sliding doors to the backyard and your entertaining space is even larger. Enjoy a BBQ and a game of pool/snooker while you watch the sun go down.
There is a second lounge room with TV, bean bags and a PlayStation One. There are only a few games so feel free to bring your own.
The main bedroom is huge with a queen size bed, en suite, air con and walk in robe.
The other 3 bedrooms all have built in robes and have a number of single beds and another queen.
Second toilet is separate from the main bathroom where there is a shower or Indulge in the deep tub.
If you need to do laundry there is a washing machine and a dryer or make the most of the southerly with the small outside line.
There are open parking spaces for 2 cars or with security in the remote garage. There is even room to park your boat on the driveway.
Sleeps up to 10 Guests only on top bunks.
Bed linen and towels are provided for a mandatory fee included in your booking total.
You are allowed to bring your dog with you, however there is a $100.00 Refundable Bond that must be paid, and they MUST remain OUTSIDE AT ALL TIMES.
