Parties are strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the property and forfeiture of security deposit.

Please note, there will be NO refunds for the boat due to weather. If you do not use the boat there will be NO refunds. The use of the boat is a perk with the property, it is provided as a complimentary amenity. While we do our best to keep everything in working order, we’re not able to guarantee its operation at all times.

Quiet hours (no loud music) starting at 10 PM. Our neighbors are not on vacation so please respect their right to a peaceful evening.
Parking is limited to 4 vehicles.

Kayaks, Paddleboards, Hot Tub, boating and swimming area is at the risk of guests and state/local laws must be observed.
Kayaks MUST BE CLIPPED to the rope around the post on the tiki hut. The tide will wash away all watercraft if not properly stowed. If one of the kayaks or paddle boards is missing after your stay, we will reach out to you for payment for the lost item.

Place paddle boards in the horizontal slats on the platform deck.
A 3.9% cancellation fee is charged for all cancelled reservations for which Jupiter Vacation Rentals is merchant of record.

Please note: A non-refundable pet fee applies to all reservations that include pets. If you are bringing two pets, the fee is doubled. Be sure to select the correct “Pet Fee” option (for one or two dogs) when confirming your reservation.
