Enjoy a relaxing stay packed with amenities — including a huge heated pool, BBQ area, covered patios with outdoor seating, laundry, and a separate game shed that doubles as a fourth bedroom with a pool table and loft sleeping area. Whether you’re lounging in the sun or swimming under the screened pool enclosure, this home has everything you need for a fun and comfortable Florida escape.

About the Space
This beautiful modern farmhouse sits on 1.25 acres of private, fully fenced land — perfect for families, groups, or friends traveling together. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms inside the main house, plus a detached game room/4th bedroom for extra space and entertainment.

Sleeping Arrangements
Main Bedroom: Two king beds + ensuite bathroom
2nd and 3rd Bedrooms: Each with a queen bed, sharing a full hallway bathroom
Game Shed / 4th Bedroom: Pool table, seating area, and loft with a floor mattress (sleeps 1)
(Note: the game shed does not have a bathroom)
Additional Options: Air mattress (sleeps 2) and daybed (sleeps 1) in the livingroom area
Each bedroom has a large closet, and the home is fully stocked with fresh linens, towels, and toiletries.

Living and Dining
The cozy living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, soft blankets, and a Smart TV for movie nights. The modern kitchen includes an electric stove, stainless steel appliances, coffee, spices, and cooking essentials. Guests can dine indoors at the 8-seat dining table, or enjoy meals outside under the covered patio.

1) Please respect our neighbors. NO loud noise after 11 PM - 7 AM and NO parties.
2) Events and commercial photoshoots are NOT permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees.
3) There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY and the pool must be used at your own risk. You will be charged a $400 draining fee if you put any soaps or powders in the pool. No jumping, diving, running, or rough play near the pool area. No glass in the pool.
4) Maximum of 12 guests only.
5) We have 2 Wi-Fi Ring cameras: doorbell pointing at the front sidewalk/steps/lawn/landing and floodlight pointing at the driveway/gate/street. Cameras record per motion-activation and operates at all times, 24/7. We can access both cameras via Ring app at any time. There are NO cameras inside the property. These outdoor camera systems do not invade privacy but are in place to ensure the above rules are adhered to.

**The house runs on well water, we do have a filtration system. However, tap water is not suggested for drinking purposes.
** Wildlife Disclosure: This property is in a tropical Florida climate. It’s rare but possible to encounter local wildlife such as lizards, iguanas, raccoons, or insects. We provide regular pest control and will respond promptly if anything is spotted.

Pet Policy: Please make sure to include your pet(s) in your reservation. The pet fee for the first pet is automatically included when a pet is added to the reservation. Each additional pet is $75 per stay. We typically accommodate a maximum of 2 pets. If you are traveling with more than 2 pets, please contact us before booking for approval.
