Night Sky- With desert mountain views and a starry sky, your stay will be one to truly remember! This newly renovated smart retreat was created to really allow for comfort, entertainment, and escape! There are so many methods of outdoor rest to create an environment where one looks up at the stars and simply gets lost in the Night Sky. Just 10 mins from Joshua Tree National Park & the best hiking trails!
The space
Thoughtfully designed with guests in mind where art and creative details abound! Listen to music from our vinyl record player, stream a movie on the smart tv from the massive comfortable sectional couch over a glass (or two) of wine, and call it a night in your king-sized memory-foam bed. Wake up to make a fresh cup of coffee and drive 5mins to downtown Joshua Tree to browse the quirky little town that includes restaurants, galleries, and a weekly Saturday Farmer’s Market before hitting the park.

You'll have access to the entire house and outdoor space! We have 2 private driveways enough to park 4 cars total or 1 RV and 2 cars.

Night Sky is created with you in mind. We want everyone who stays here to feel as if it were their home because our family poured their hearts into making sure every element is thought of for ourselves and our guests. The following are the details of the home we know you will love as we do:

The living room is designed to create the ultimate comfort in its night sky blue color background with wooden panels. This room features:
• A massive sectional for the days when you simply want to stay in
• 65” Smart Frame TV that you can log into your own streaming accounts
• Central AC/Heat throughout the entire interior of the home
• Blazing Fast Wi-Fi throughout the house including the office (455 Mbps download speed/23 Mbps upload speed)
• Nest Smart Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Alarm throughout the home
• Smart Hub to have access to NEST thermostat, NEST smoke detectors, and NEST front door camera

The bathroom comes with all necessities, including:
• Powerful shower
• Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, blow dryer, plunger, and first aid kit

The tranquility of the home continues throughout both bedrooms that are carefully curated featuring calming desert colors that include:

Our custom newly remodeled kitchen fuses an old-world charm with modern conveniences designed to embody the Night Sky blue with all necessary kitchen accessories you would need to feel at home, including:
• General kitchen necessities like pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, and cooking utensils
• Spices, oil, and teas from Trader Joes
• Refrigerator with filtered water dispenser and ice maker
• Beautiful stand-alone waterfall calacatta quartz island with 5 chairs to eat the prepared food right from the range to the table
• Flex Duo Electric Range for the ultimate multi-tasker who wants to be efficient in the kitchen. Use the full oven or split it into two separate smaller ovens. The range includes an air fryer and convection option.
• Coffee Machine with complimentary coffee (regular and decaf), creamer, and honey because we know how important it is to drink a fresh cup of coffee while overlooking the Joshua Trees in the backyard.
• Electric Kettle

The shared space/den area includes:
• A full-size bed and mattress
• Ceiling Fan
• Record player and records

The separate casita detached from the house is a remote worker and active person’s dream room. This space is a combined office, meditation, and mini workout room. We created a cozy spot for the person who just needs their own spot to catch up on work, and exercise followed by some meditation before they go have some fun inside the home! This room provides:
• Mini-split AC/Heat to provide comfort for the cold or hot weather all year round
• Office desk with picturesque views out the window
• Monitor (adaptors not provided)
• Fast Wi-Fi
• Plenty of outlets
• Blankets
• Yoga Matts
• Meditation Pillows
• Jump ropes

• And more exercise accessories

Some additional details you may want to know:
ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you on the day of your arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

PARKING:
There are two private driveways for up to a total of 6 cars or 1 RV and 3 cars

SECURITY:
For security and insurance purposes, we have installed security cameras monitoring the entry door, the general direction of the backyard on top of the casita, and driveways up to the house that overlook the street. The cameras do not monitor the interior living area. The footage is not stored permanently and in no way infringes on your privacy. It is strictly for liability purposes.

CLEANING FEE
100% of your cleaning fee is paid to our local cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of deep cleaning between guests.

PETS
Unfortunately, our furry pets are not permitted on the property.

NO SMOKING
Smoking, including vaping, is not allowed inside of the home.
