"The house was nice and very near to the park and shops off Park Blvd. Although we only stayed in the master, each room had its own mini split AC so you could keep the bedrooms at good temperatures. Bring an iPad or laptop if you need a tv/show to help you sleep, only tv is in the living room. Nice sized backyard for your pets and just to hang out. "This is the cleanest house my husband and I have experienced on VRBO yet. It just felt good. Whoever they have cleaning the house is a keeper! It's a pretty place too and is conveniently located. The owners were easy to contact and quick to respond. The birds love the place so there was always a show out the front window. If I was returning to Joshua Tree, I would be more than happy to come back to this house."

"We had an awesome time at this beautiful house. It felt more spacious than we expected. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for lounging and to give our dog some room to roam! The host was super welcoming and responsive. All of our questions were answered promptly and we felt comfortable knowing she was available. I highly recommend this property for visits to Joshua Tree. The location was perfect and everything you’d be interested in doing is in close proximity."

"Such a perfect weekend at Zephyr Alcove. It was exactly the reset we needed… beautiful views, quiet surroundings and an amazing place to do that in was the cherry on top. Loved all the decor, special touches, comfy bed, outdoor space, spa, fire pit and the rain shower in the primary room was heavenly! Close drive to town to enjoy local eateries and shops and entrance to Joshua Tree NP was a short drive away. We can’t wait to book our next trip!"

"A nice house in a lovely spot, quiet and comfortable. Great views. Unusable internet on the weekend, semi-usable Monday morning. Lots of dvds but no dvd player. Back door very difficult to unlatch. A few small cleanliness issues. Still, it was overall a good experience."

"We had a great stay at this property. We came right at the turn of the season so the yard hadn’t been cleaned up or the cowboy pool ready which is one of the main reasons we chose this property. I reached out to Dean after check in and he had the yard cleaned up and the pool filled the very next day! The hot tub was amazing for cool desert nights and is setup year round. "We had a lovely time at this minimalist home. It was a great layout for our family and had most things we needed and wanted. It was easy to get to town and to the park, and it was nice to have Joshua trees and other desert foliage and animals around even when not in the park.
