"Very clean and enough room for my family."

"Worked very well for our family of 7. Owner was very responsive and house was very clean. We utilized it as a home base for going to Cooperstown."

"Great spot for a couple day work stay or if needed a long-term stay."

"The house was very clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 minutes away from Main St, where all the activities were. It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. It is pet friendly however there isn’t a closed in fence so you’ll have to watch your dog and put them on a leash. If you go up the hill in the back of the house, there’s a huge pasture surrounded by the woods, my dog was able to run around up there, I just had to stand where she couldn’t...

"Wonderful stay for our time in Cooperstown. Pool was great for kids. 8 min drive to town and 10 to dreams park"

"Samantha was great to work with. In addition to linens and cookware, the rental has a portable crib, games, puzzles, books, and umbrellas for those rainy baseball days!"

"The place was spotless and the communication was amazing. We will definitely come back again."

"Very nice, clean, spacious accommodations after a long drive!"

"Clean & very convenient to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Linens being included was a huge plus! Family friendly yard & in house activities. Would rebook this house."

"We were very happy - couldn't be happier really - with our stay here. Angelica is flexible and easy to deal with. The house was spotless and very nicely decorated. It's a great location with the University and downtown close by. Huge screen TVs in every bedroom and the living room. Good wifi. Well-equipped and stocked kitchen with every way to make your morning coffee and an air fryer to boot. Zero complaints or even nitpicks and we will definitely choose to stay here again when the opportunity...
