There's a smart Roku TV in the living room and every bedroom for your streaming logins, and fast 150+ Mbps cable wifi runs throughout. There's also a dedicated office with a door you can close — desk, chair, lamp — and the washer and dryer share that room, so laundry's handled in-unit.

Good to know: there are five steps up to the front porch, but the back door is step-free, so there's an easy way in. The train tracks are fairly close — the trains aren't very active, but a white-noise app helps light sleepers.
