"The property clearly needs cleaning, the floors and couch were visibly dirty. There were stains on pillowcases, spider webs throughout the house and one of the beds was very uncomfortable to sleep on. If you appreciate cleanliness and comfort, this is not a place for you."

"6 of us were traveling for a convention and this place was very well priced and close to the World Congress Center. The first day we were there the A/C was out so it was hot and muggy but the host was quick to send someone out to fix it for us. The biggest downside was that the internet was VERY slow (Like 2mbps) which did suck but we weren't there much except for sleeping and hanging out after the event. So maybe bring some board games :) Would still stay again 💛"

"Coming in from I-20 this home is 5 minutes away. We did not get stuck in the ATL traffic. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, Grant Park, and the Atlanta Zoo. The home was clean, everything worked and was accessible. Given its location there is only one parking space. So if you fly in and Uber around no worries otherwise, it’s a bit tight. Overall, well worth the rate. Our plan is to stay here again when we are back in ATL!"

"Carmen was amazing, quick to reply quick to assist, thank you so much! The 12 acre oasis was great. The lighting at night on the stairs at cottage a could be better, it looked like there used to be lights there, but they do not work. When it rained there’s a pretty good leak in the ceiling on the porch at cottage A and the dock with the cinderblocks underneath didn’t seem safe. Those were just a few minor things otherwise everything was good! Thank you again"

"Ideal location and amenities when needing to be close to ATL. Backyard is crazy awesome for a VRBO. High wooden fence for privacy and fire pit. Park close by for walking your dog. Some amazing food and drink close by. Thanks!"
