The Space:

Set on 20 private acres, Vista Azul blends modern design with authentic Hill Country charm. The open-concept living area features a cozy gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and a wine fridge. Three queen bedrooms and a sofa bed comfortably sleep up to 7 guests.



Step outside to your private oasis—an expansive patio with lounge seating, an outdoor kitchen, and a propane fire pit, perfect for relaxing evenings under the Hill Country sky. A brand-new hot tub overlooks endless Texas views, while the pool and shaded sitting areas invite you to unwind and take it all in. Out front, guests can also enjoy a basketball hoop and ball, ideal for a quick game or some friendly competition.



Please note, the built-in spa is not currently available, but the new hot tub ensures comfort after a day of exploring. Routine mid-week pool maintenance helps keep everything in top condition.



Vista Azul also hosts a small colony of honey bees, cared for by a local beekeeper. On occasion, guests may have the unique opportunity to observe the beekeeper tending the hives—a fascinating glimpse into Hill Country nature. Please note, the bees are located safely away from the home and outdoor living areas, so guests will not be disturbed during their stay.

Other Things to Note:

Because the property sits on arid land with a history of wildfires, smoking, fireworks, and open flames are strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in immediate removal. Guests are free to use the propane fire pit on the patio.
