"We loved our stay at Walden Retreats. Becky checked us in and was so welcoming and informative of our tent and things to do while we were there. I was worried that the tent would be warm in the first of August, but we kept the shades down during the day and the fans on. "This was a very lovely place with lots of potential but when we check in the tent was completely closed in and the AC unit was not running. I messaged but I was told that the AC unit was just to make it “comfortable to sleep”. It was well over 100 degrees in the tent when my 71 year old mother and I arrived. I have stayed in glamping tents before but they always turn the AC unit on before you arrive so it’s not so horribly hot. There were also ants everywhere. My mother and I had to leave to...

"The tents are amazingly equipped for a glamping experience! Staff are awesome and the winery is great. Only downside is side would be the temperatures during the day - equipped with a stand alone air condition unit that does wonders at night but is unable to beat the temperatures during the day. We will be back at a cooler time of the year!"
